riad Dar Allaimoun

Dar Allaimoun is an 800 year old Medina house in traditional Moroccan style but with modern facilities. The living space is about 200sqm with rooms on 3 levels looking into the courtyard garden.

The 3 double bedrooms each have a shower room with toilet and there is a shower and toilet on the roof terrace. Additional singles can be accommodated in the two sitting rooms. Click on the pictures on the left for a slide show of all parts of the riad. Floor plans are (not yet) viewable in the bottom left panel.

Marrakech is sunny for an average of 320 days each year, making this an ideal location to warm up, but temperatures in the 40s in midsummer may be too hot for some. Check FAQs for more information.

Fouzia, our full time housekeeper keeps Dar Allaimoun clean and tidy. By arrangement she will cook delicious Moroccan dishes to make your holiday as relaxing as you like. See FAQs for more detail.

 

We have 2 good bikes for getting about town, - Marrakech is an epitome of shared space.

Dar Allaimoun is a second home which we have owned since 2004. We come here every few months for a week or two. Dates for visits are flexible to allow best flight times and prices.
